Individual Nominees are evaluated based on criteria including the performance of the company that they lead, the extent to which they have contributed to the company’s performance, overall leadership qualities and the esteem in which they are held by peers.
A suitable leader demonstrates strong leadership qualities combined with the ability to conceive a strategy for long term growth and determination to drive related events.
The individuals selected for the Ghana Business Leader Awards are evaluated and graded by the Awards’ Research Board through by an independent survey under the selection criteria.
